One of our favorite stops on the way to the harborfront or to watch a Jays game is the John Street Roundhouse at Simcoe and Bremner. Once located in a very heavily-used rail yard, it now houses a brewery, a train museum and a furniture store.
Stop by for the great views, the trains and, of course, a pint of Toronto's finest pilsner! Free samples are to be had and there are tours available every day.
For more information, visit Steam Whistle Brewing or the Toronto Railway Historical Association.
