As a spin-off of Fresh Restaurants' creamy cilantro-lime sauce, this is a perfect compliment for chopped salads, tacos, veggie burgers, or even your next nacho night.
Ingredients
5 large jalapenos, halved and rough chopped (seeds removed for mild to medium heat)
3 tbsp light EVOO mayo
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup EVOO
1/2 tsp corriander (or a handful of fresh cilantro)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (or one minced garlic clove)
Black pepper and sea salt to taste
How-To
Add all ingredients into a food processor and puree until emulsified.
Yields 2-4 cups depending on ratio of liquid to peppers. Recipe is just a guideline.
Keeps for 1 week refrdigerated and best stored in glass.
